- Where can I visit your physical shop?
We are located at 337 Joo Chiat Road in Singapore.

- When can I expect my order to be shipped out?
Orders placed after 3pm will be shipped out 3 working days later, depending on the shipping method you chose during checkout.

- Oh no, I changed my mind about an item. Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once orders are placed they cannot be changed or cancelled. You may return the item (unopened, in it's original packaging) within 3 days of receiving your order for a refund. Shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility.
