- Do you have a physical location where I can visit?

Yes, we are located at 337 Joo Chiat Road, Singapore 427590.

 

- What are your opening hours?

We are open on weekends and on some weekdays. We highly encourage you to make an appointment to avoid disappointment and so that we can ensure every customer is attended to.

 

- When can I expect my order to be shipped out?

Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days. Self-collection is generally available within 1-2 business days.

 

- Oh no, I changed my mind about an item. Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once orders are placed they cannot be changed or cancelled. You may return the item (unopened, in its original packaging) within 3 days of receiving your order for a refund. Shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility.
